In this new Section, we will post the interviews of emeritus professors, early visionaries, and entrepreneurs whose contributions to the MEMS field have been recognized and appraised around the globe. We will also post recorded visits to science and technology museums displaying the oldest MEMS prototypes and artifacts around the world.
